Marion offers both one-to-one and group supervision. One-to-one supervision gives you the opportunity to explore your practice as a coach on a regular basis, either face to face or by phone. In an organisational setting, Marion also offers Group supervision, which is a very rich way of gaining support for your practice and learning with and from other professionals. The group can be an in-house group of coaches or coaches from a number of organisations who meet regularly. Each member has their own time ‘slot’ to bring issues of a client from their coaching practice, as well as contributing to the learning of colleagues.
